CKFG reactors use cold-rolled silicon steel laminations with low iron loss grades (B35A290), which significantly reduce core hysteresis and eddy current losses by up to 30% compared to traditional materials. This precision laminated core design minimizes magnetic saturation at high harmonic distortion (THD up to 6%), ensuring stable inductance values ​​(±3% tolerance) under fluctuating loads. The modular winding structure uses oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors and double-layer fiberglass insulation to increase heat dissipation by up to 25% over standard designs. This allows the motor to operate continuously at 90°C ambient temperatures without derating - critical for HVAC systems and data center UPS applications.
