Product Configuration Diagram
The contact system of contactor is three-phase main circuit, composed by eight pieces contact block from upside and daminside. There is one contact block was switch on in advance in each main circuit,switch-overressistor only two,the cpacitor group is jointed as triangle,so when resistor switch over circuit was sitchon, every capacitor circuit will e connected with resistor. The contacor have two pieces of auxilliary contact block, the function is 2NO,2NC or 1NO+1NC,this is chosed by user.Â

Internal Component Breakdown of the Contactor
Product Advantages
Silver alloy contacts possess outstanding electrical conductivity and durability, allowing them to minimize contact resistance and endure frequent switching, thus prolonging their service life. Additionally, they are less prone to oxidation, guaranteeing reliability and stability over extended periods.
Â
Flame-resistant housings adhere to safety regulations, increase safety levels, mitigate fire risks, lessen the probability of failures, and decrease maintenance costs
Rail-mounted installation simplifies the installation process, allowing users to simply slide the contactor into the rail without the need for complex tools or additional fasteners, thereby saving time and labor costs. Additionally, rail mounting provides stable support, ensuring that the contactor remains stable during operation and reducing the risk of failures caused by vibration or impact.

In the context of power systems, switching capacitor contactors are mainly utilized to manage the connection and disconnection of capacitor banks, thereby optimizing the power factor and boosting system efficiency. By enabling automatic or manual switching of capacitors, these contactors effectively regulate reactive power, decrease energy losses, lower utility costs, and enhance the stability of the power system.
Switching capacitor contactors play a key role in industrial machinery by managing the engagement and disengagement of capacitors to enhance the power factor and increase the energy efficiency of the equipment. Through automatic or manual capacitor switching, these contactors can effectively adjust reactive power, minimize energy losses, and reduce operational expenses. Additionally, they safeguard motors and other devices from overloads and current spikes, ensuring reliable operation and prolonging the equipment’s lifespan.
Switching capacitor contactors are vital in medical equipment, primarily tasked with optimizing the power factor and regulating reactive power. By reducing energy losses, these contactors help lower operational costs and ensure that medical devices can reliably provide the required power during critical situations. Additionally, they protect medical equipment from current surges and overloads, ensuring the safety and stability of the devices throughout their operation.
