Environment and installation conditions
- Ambient temperature:
- Operating temperature range is -5℃ to +40℃.
- The average temperature over 24 hours must not exceed +35°C.
- Altitude:
- The installation altitude must not exceed 2000 meters.
- Atmospheric conditions:
- At a maximum temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity of the air must not exceed 50%.
- Higher humidity can be tolerated at lower temperatures, for example 90% relative humidity at 20°C.
- Special measures should be taken to deal with occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
- Installation conditions:
- The mounting surface must not be tilted more than +5° or -5° from the vertical.
- Shock and Vibration:
- The product should be installed in an environment without significant shock, impact and vibration to ensure its normal operation and service life.Â
Structural features
The contactor adopts a direct-acting double-breakpoint structure, and the contact system is divided into two layers. The upper layer contains three pairs of current-limiting contactors and a current-limiting resistor, forming a surge suppression device. When the contactor is closed, the current-limiting contactor is first connected within a few milliseconds, and then the main working contactor is connected. At this time, the permanent magnet in the current-limiting contactor is released under the action of the spring, disconnecting the current-limiting resistor and allowing the capacitor to work normally. For more information, refer to the internal circuit connection diagram of the contactor .

Switching capacitor contactors using silver alloy contacts have many advantages, including excellent wear resistance, which extends the service life of the contactor; excellent conductivity, which ensures low contact resistance and improves the efficiency of power transmission; strong corrosion resistance, adapting to harsh environments and reducing failure rates; and thermal stability under high temperature conditions, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
