Wroking Principle of Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker

Wiring Method of Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker
1. The controller's signal output drives the external relay u through terminals 12-18, 20, and 21 to provide output contact action signals.
2.RS485/232 converter, DP module and current transformer (input voltage value must be specified) are provided by the manufacturer. The power transformer can be inserted into the standard rail together with the relay base, and the user is responsible for installing it in the appropriate position in the switch cabinet.
3. The relay model is HH62P, AC/DC 24V, and is prepared by the user.
4.The main station computer is provided by the user.
5.Terminals 13-15 output communication remote tripping, closing, and energy storage signals. At this time, terminals 14 and 15 no longer output tripping signals. The normally open contacts of the corresponding relays are connected in parallel with the active control buttons to achieve remote control. If remote control is not required, terminals 14 and 15 can be connected in series with the normally open contacts of relays J14 and J15 to form two remote signal outputs. Please indicate whether the remote control function is required when ordering. The manufacturer will determine the corresponding functions of terminals 14 and 15 accordingly. Terminal 21 output can drive relay J21 to achieve backup protection.
6.The self-diagnosis signal output is as follows:
- The internal temperature of the controller is >80°C;
- The chip is not working properly;
- The controller is powered off.
7.Users can choose J12, J14-16, J20, J21 according to actual needs.
