The BY82J series anti-harmonic intelligent capacitors, mainly composed of Δ-type or Y-type piezoelectric capacitors, integrate multiple new technologies for intelligence. They feature low-voltage reactive power compensation and other functions, operating reliably in severe harmonic environments without resonance or harmonic amplification, and can absorb and eliminate some harmonics. Products with 7% series reactors are suitable for environments with 5th harmonic, while those with 14% series reactors are for 3rd harmonic. They are widely used in industrial fields like chemical industry and electric power, as well as commercial power systems such as communications and medical care

The product consists of inteligent components, zero switching switches, current sampling, temperature sampling, dny series reactors, and low-voltage filtering power capacitors. The following fiaure is the working principle block diagram of the split phase compensation method product in the product series.

Use wide-temperature industrial-grade electronic components, adapt to harsh environments, and run stably for a long time.
Synchronous switch
Developed independently by integrating features of mechanical contactors, etc., controls mechanicacontacts with microelectronic technology to achieve zero-crossing switching, avoiding inrush current impact,reducing loss and extending capacitor life.
Dry-type series reactor
Made of high-flux imported materials, light, small, low-loss, with low temperature rise and noise; built-in thermal relay sends signal when over-temperature.
Mini current sampling transformer
With permalloy core, high linearity and good frequency characteristics, ensuring accurate and stablecurrent and protection.
Quick circuit breaker
Molded case type, disconnects within 100ms at 10 times rated current, serving as total protection and power switch.

The product and product networking, as well asthe current signal acquisition line, use the plug-indata cable configured by our company.
The grounding wire temminal is located on theback of the product (marked), and the groundingwire connection should be very reliable and trulyconnected to the extemnal grounding terminal.
ELECTRICAL WIRING
REOUIREMENTS
The production of the power cord is as shown in the figure: the power cord must be tightened withscrews, and the power cord must be forcefuly pulled to prove that it is very firm. Otherwise, it willcause excessive heating in the area and damage the product.
When there is an external indicator light, select the appropriate voltage level status indicator light basedon the capacitor model, and the indicator light for the co compensating capacitor is 380V: The indicatorlight of the compensating capacitor is 220V, and teminal 5 of the compensating capacitor is connectedto one indicator light. The other end of the light must be connected to the power supply UB; Teminals34 and 5 of the compensating capacitor must be connected to the indicator light respectively, and theother end of the light must be connected to the neutral line UN (product indicator lights cannot be shortcircuited or shared).

ABOUT INSTALLATION
It is recommended to have a professional electrician perform the installation when there is a power outage, which can avoid electric shock caused by improper operation and product damage caused by improper wiring (product damage caused by incorrect wiring is not a quality issue and cannot be returned or compensated);

ABOUT DIMENSIONS
The product dimensions are measured using a vernier caliper and tape measure. Due to differences in tool sand manual measurement methods, there may be normal range errors in the results, which is a nomal phe.nomenon and not a problem with workmanship or quality.
DELIVERY
