- The capacitor is internally filled with nitrogen(N2),an environmentally friendly insulating gas. The gas density is similar to atmospheric pressure,and no pressure is generated by itself. The operation is safe and reliable. The gas filled inside the capacitor reduces the dielectric loss of capacitor, the capacitor itself does not heat during operation,which improves the reliability of operation. The inside of the capacitor unit is connected by a triangle,and sealed in a cylindrical aluminum shell through gas(N2)technology. MKP capacitor is a new generation of dry environmental protection self-healing gascapacitor.
MKP Technology
- The interior is divided into three MKP windings. Its current-carrying metal layer(electrode)is deposited on the side of the film by vaporization. The electrode is connected by the metal layer sputtered in front of the winding unit.The metal coating (main compositions are zinc and aluminum)under high vacuum and the edge strengthening technology of additional connection point sand cross-sectional coatings plays an important role in suppressing large current sand ensuring stability of the capacitor, and has very superior self-healing properties.Thick edges and special film cutting technology(optimized combination corrugation and smooth cutting) can produce the largest effective surface for metal spraying or bonding treatment (winding design), which means that the capacitor has high surge current suppression ability.in addition, the edge contact problem caused by edge contraction effect of winding film can also be fully resolved.
